(KCEN) -- An Army general is suspected of sodomy and a slew of military code violations.
The violations allegedly took place while Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair served in Afghanistan.
The charges against him include forcible sodomy, wrongful sexual conduct and wrongfully engaging in inappropriate relationships, just to name a few.
In Afghanistan, Sinclair served as a Commanding General of the 82nd Airborne Division.
He was brought back to the states in May, presumably as part of the investigation.
