(KCEN) -- Prices of a college education are soaring in the state of Texas and Gov. Rick Perry is expected to announce his plan to keep these costs as low as possible.
Perry is expected to reveal his recommendation for keeping college education prices low at a high school in Dallas today.
No details were made available before Perry's announcement, but some believe Perry may ask public universities in the state to lock in tuition for students for all four years of their college careers.
Perry has hinted at this locked-in tuition before, but has not yet made a formal announcement on it.
