(KCEN) -- Some might say the auction price for Bonnie and Clyde's personal guns is "highway robbery."
That's because two of the weapons from the infamous outlaws sold for more than half a million dollars over the weekend.
Bonnie Parker's Colt .38 snub nose detective special revolver sold for $264,000 and Clyde Barrow's Colt .45 fetched a little less at auction, selling for $240,000.
Parker's revolver was found taped to her inner thigh and barrow's on his waistband the day they were ambushed and fatally shot by police in 1934 in Louisiana.
