(KCEN) -- Temple Police have arrested a man who is suspected of burglarizing the Scott & White Thrift Store located on North 3rd Street.
Around 1:40 a.m. on August 29 officers responded to a burglary at the store and found a suspect leaving with items from the store. The suspect also had other property not from the Thrift Store. Police took the items for safe-keeping.
Later on September 29, police responded to The Studio, located at 305 West Thompson, for a report of a burglary. The items reported missing were the ones officers had found with the suspect earlier that morning.
The suspect was identified as 45-yearo-old Michael Yakovich of Temple.
Yakovich was taken to the Bell County Jail and the stolen items were returned to the owners.
He was charged with two counts of Burglary of a Building.
