FORT HOOD, Texas -- The Army Court of Criminal Appeals set oral argument for the various appeals filed by Maj. Nidal M.Hasan over his refusal to appear clean shaven while in uniform at his court martial for 1 p.m. Oct. 11.

 

The Army Court of Criminal Appeals is located at Ft. Belvoir, Va., just outside the nation's capital. The proceedings are open to the public and press who wish to attend should coordinate with the ACCA's clerk of court's office at (703) 693-1309.

 

The accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
