Evening Fire Destroys Home in Hallsburg - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- A house in Hallsburg is destroyed after bursting into flames tonight.

The fire took place at a house located at 9373 East Highway 6 in Hallsburg.

Several engines were dispatched from the Hallsburg, Greensville, Brownsville and Mart Fire Departments due to insufficient amounts of water.

Officials say the fire doubled itself every minute and were surprised at how quickly it spread.

There was no one in the house at the time of the fire but the house experienced massive structural damage.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
