(KCEN) -- A wedding reception in Philadelphia turned into an all-out brawl and left one guest dead.

Guests from two wedding parties duked it out at a hotel early Sunday.

Police were outnumbered by the scores of people fighting and called for backup.

An uncle of one of the brides suffered a heart attack and died.

He was not involved in the fight, but police are looking at video to see if the fight contributed to his death.

At least three people were arrested.

Police are not sure what sparked the brawl, but they do say it was fueled by alcohol.
