Longview, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor volleyball team
dominated the match from the opening set and cruised to a three-set
victory over LeTourneau University Tuesday
night in Longview. The Cru posted a 25-8, 25-15, 25-18 win over the
Yellowjackets. Statistics are not available at this time due to
technical difficulties in Longview.
The UMHB volleyball team
improves to 16-4 overall and 9-3 in American Southwest Conference play
with the victory. The Cru has also won four matches in a row. The loss
drops LeTourneau to 6-18 overall and 1-11 in the ASC on the season.
UMHB
will return to action with a crucial ASC East Division road match
against division leader U.T.-Dallas this weekend. The Cru and Comets
will face off at 2:00 PM on Saturday in Richardson.
