(KCEN) -- As this cooler weather moves in, the number of mosquitos will continue to decrease.
But the West Nile virus is still a threat and it's claimed another life in the Dallas area.
That death brings the statewide death toll to more than 70 this year.
In our area, 51 people have contracted West Nile since the start of this year.
Three of those people died.
There are nearly 3,000 cases and a third of those have been right here in Texas.
