(KCEN) -- Campaign Obama may be in trouble, at least according to the latest polls.
Several polls are now pointing to a definite Mitt Romney surge since the last debate.
In battleground Ohio, President Obama did not back down from what he said in the debate about Romney's tax plan.
Obama insists that Romney's tax cut will add five trillion dollars to the deficit.
Romney responded by saying the President's statements are inaccurate. He also made statements about PBS funding.
Romney said, "He's focused on saving Big Bird is kind of a strange thing in my view because you see, I'm focused on helping the American people get good jobs."
In the latest polls Reuters has the candidates tied, Gallup has Romney up by two and Pew has him up by four.
