(KCEN) -- Two Texas Baptist schools are challenging Obamacare.

They are fighting a mandate requiring all insurance plans to cover birth control.

That mandate includes employee health plans of religious institutions.

East Texas Baptist University and Houston Baptist University are now fighting the requirement.

That's because they say it violates freedom of religion.
