(KCEN) -- Halloween is going to the dogs and cats.

Americans won't be forgetting their furry friends this Halloween.

The National Retail Federation says pet owners are expected to spend 370 million dollars to dress their pets.

That's 40 million more than 2011.

The group did a survey and found out what costumes will be the cat's meow.

Expect to see a lot of pumpkins and devils.
