Suspension Bridge Robber Arrested - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- Waco Police Department's Special Crimes Unit has arrested a man who robbed people at knife point on the suspension bridge in September.

On September 27 around 1:45 a.m. 29-year-old Ruben Miguel Alaniz held two people at knife point until he received a small amount of cash. He then fled the scene.

Alaniz was identified in a photo line-up as the robber.

He is currently being held in the McLennan County Jail for this robbery and a Bellmead robbery case.
