(KCEN) -- In politics this morning, it's the fight for female voters.
Women make up half the electorate and so far, polls indicate President Obama has an advantage.
But Gov. Romney is going after their vote.
After the debate on Monday, women became a hot topic when Mitt Romney talked about recruiting women for key positions in his administration.
Romney's "binders full of women" reference is going viral online and on the campaign trail.
New Romney ads aimed at women highlight those who have worked for him.
During the debate, Romney said, "I went to a number of women's groups and said, 'Can you help us find folks?' and they brought us whole binders full of women."
Tonight we'll see both candidates at a white tie charity dinner in New York, a lighter atmosphere, after their fiery debate this week.
