Former Waco Teacher Charged With Continued Sexual Abuse of a Child

(KCEN) -- A McLennan County grand jury has indicted a former Waco teacher accused of molesting a student for two years.

Sergio Bezerra is charged with continued sexual abuse of a child.

In 2009 the student told police Bezerra started molesting her when she was 9-years-old.

Bezerra was a teacher at Waco Baptist Academy.
