(KCEN) -- American NASA astronaut and two Russian cosmonauts are on their way to the International Space Station.
NASA astronaut Kevin Ford and his two Russian companions blasted off this morning from the Baikonur Space Center in Kazakhstan on a Russian Soyuz rocket.
The group is scheduled to dock with the ISS Thursday afternoon.
They will join the current crew consisting of one NASA astronaut, a Russian cosmonaut and a Japanese astronaut.
