Sandusky Transferred to Federal Prison, Book by Victim Released

Posted: Updated:

(KCEN) -- Convicted child rapist Jerry Sandusky was transferred from county jail to federal prison yesterday.

That's after he was found guilty of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period.

Sandusky was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.

His defense plans to appeal the conviction.

And the man known as "victim one" in Sandusky's trial is "Silent No More."

That's the title of a book released yesterday, written by Aaron Fisher.

In the book Fisher talks about  meeting the former Penn State assistant football coach through Sandusky's Second Mile charity and details how their relationship turned from one of support to one of sexual abuse.

Fisher shares how hard it was for him to speak up and his long journey to justice.
