Boil Water Notice Issued for Part of Killeen

(KCEN) -- A boil water notice was issued for part of Killeen beginning at noon on October 27.

People living or working from 3301 to 3605 Hilliard Avenue and from 3701 to 3909 Winchester Drive should boil their water before use.

City crews are repairing a water line and must turn off the water to finish the repairs. Once the line is repaired, it will be flushed and water quality will be tested.

Residents will be notified when the water is safe for consumption again.
