(KCEN) -- Nissan is recalling nearly 14,000 of its top-selling Altima sedans nationwide.
According to U.S. safety regulators, bolts that may not have been tightened properly during production may fall off, increasing the risk of a crash.
The recall involves Altima sedans from the 2012 and 2013 model years that were made at the Nissan plant in Canton, Mississippi. Owners will begin to be notified next Monday and Nissan dealerships will fix the problem.
