(KCEN) -- Vicodin, oxycontin, you name it. All are available with a click of a mouse.
And dangerous drug cartels are the ones providing them.
Law enforcement is joining forces with the U.S. Attorney's Office to stop illegal prescription drug sales.
Called Pharma Cartels, it's a business that federal authorities say more and more drug cartels are getting involved in.
The Pharma Cartels create pharmacy websites where orders are taken and pills are smuggled back into the U.S. for shipping.
Cartels are also creating their own versions of pain killers.
And investigators say they're not using laboratories.
U.S. Attorney Laura Duffy said, "They're in run down, hole-in-the-wall apartments in very unsanitary conditions."
Federal authorities are shutting down illegal websites and arresting anyone connected to them.
That includes pharmacy workers, web masters, doctors and couriers here in the U.S.
They're also warning parents to keep track of their kids' Internet activity.
