(KCEN) -- Today was day three in the Ricky Cummings murder trial in Waco.
Cummings is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old Keenan Hubert and 17-year-old Tyus Sneed in March of last year.
One witness testified today that she saw Ricky Cummings with a gun in his hand just after the shooting.
Nickoll Henry took the stand today and told the jury she locked eyes with Cummings after his gun got jammed.
Henry lived with Marion Bible, one of the four boys that were shot that day.
She said she was sleeping on the couch when bullets were shot through her home and grazed her leg.
She saw Bible and Demontrae Majors run through the house and leave the door open. That's when she ran to the front to shut it, peaked outside and saw Cummings pointing a gun in that direction trying to cock it. She said, "I saw him. I looked him in the eye. There's no doubt in my mind."
The defense argued that Henry has a history of psychiatric disorders including border line personality disorder.
A fire arms examiner was also questioned today. She told the jury the gun recovered from Cummings' car during his arrest did not match the markings left on any of the casings found at the murder scene.
