Hearing for Sandusky Appeal Set

(KCEN) -- The hearing date for Jerry Sandusky's appeal has been set.

The hearing will be on December 10.

The former Penn State football coach was convicted in June of sexually abusing 10 boys.

Earlier this month he was sentenced to between 30 to 60 years in prison.

Sandusky argues he should not have been convicted, claiming the state failed to meet its burden of proof.
