(KCEN) -- The prosecution has now rested its case against Ricky Cummings.

Cummings is accused of shooting and killing two men in March of last year.

It happened at the Lakewood Villas apartment complex on Spring Street.

Four young men in all were hit.

Twenty-one-year-old Keenan Hubert and 17-year old Tyus Sneed died.

The defense is expected to begin calling witnesses next week.
