(KCEN) -- More than a thousand people will be up all night at Hart-Patterson Track in Waco to help raise money for cancer research.
The last time we checked Relay for Life has already raised 95,000 dollars but they have a goal they plan to reach of $165-thousand after the night is over.
Each team that signed up, has their own way of raising money.
Relay for Life Chair Sherri Honza says, "We have a reach for recovery program that teaching people what to do with their hair after they lose their hair."
Emceeing the event was KCEN's very own Nikki and Stephine.
The relay remembers those who lost their battle to cancer and fight back to find a cure to the disease.
