(KCEN) -- The man who stabbed a Wichita Falls woman to death in 2010 is in jail this morning, charged with tampering or fabricating evidence.

Danielle Hill-Alvarado's father-in-law, Robert Alvarado, was arrested Saturday.

Robert told police his son Jonathan, who was Danielle's husband, murdered her.

He later helped his son wrap her body in trash bags and then buried her in a park.

Danielle's body was found last week after an anonymous tip.

Jonathan took his own life in September of last year.

Robert remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.
