(KCEN) -- The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft that was tested in McGregor has made its way back to Earth.
The cargo craft undocked from the International Space Station yesterday morning after 18 days.
The private commercial spacecraft then returned from its first contracted resupply mission.
Dragon splashed down off the California coast yesterday afternoon.
It had brought nearly 900 pounds of supplies to the space station and returned with more than 1,500 pounds of experiments and old equipment.
