(KCEN) -- One person was killed in a plane crash near San Marcos this morning.

The 66-year-old pilot was killed on impact.

Aerial video of the crash shows a debris field of about 30 yards.

Emergency responders say the twin-engine aircraft was on fire when they arrived.

Weather conditions when the plane went down included fog and light drizzle.

Investigators aren't saying if that contributed to the crash or not.
