(KCEN) -- Items banned by the Postal Service can once again reach the hands of military members stationed overseas.
The Postal Service banned international shipments of electronics with lithium batteries earlier this year.
So now the Army and Air Force Exchange Service is saving the day, shipping items via Fedex to 36 exchanges in Afghanistan, Belgium, Germany, Guam, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, The Netherlands, Portugal, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
U.S. forces can log on to shopmyexchange.com, choose the item and pick it up at their exchange.
