(KCEN) -- Many people have campaign fatigue due to the onslaught of recent political ads, but there is also a weariness of irritating political remarks shared through social media.
Usually the two topics most avoided are religion and politics.
But when it comes to Facebook, it seems all bets are off.
Just take a quick scroll down your own Facebook news feed and chances are you will come across a political comment.
According to Glenn Sparks, a communications professor, this political season has yielded a cornucopia of friend dumping on Facebook.
He says the rule of thumb is if you wouldn't say it face-to-face, avoid putting it on Facebook.
