(KCEN) -- Help for superstorm Sandy victims has been pouring in from all across the country, including from Fort Hood.

Fort Hood soldiers have been deployed to the battered east coast to provide veterinary services to pets affected by the storm.

About 50 troops from the 43rd Veterinary Detachment made their way to New York yesterday.
