One man is dead and another injured after a robbery and shooting in Killeen.
It happened at the Star Mart at 3603 Zephyr Road around midnight.
Police say the attendant was locking up and getting ready to leave with his friend, when he was approached by three black males.
One of those males pulled out a gun and shot the victim multiple times before robbing him.
Then the attackers walked over to his friend, who was still in his vehicle, and also shot him multiple times.
The assailants then took off in that vehicle, leaving both victims behind.
The driver died at the scene, and the attendant was taken to Darnall Army Medical Center where he is conscious and speaking.
Police are calling the attack vicious and they want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
Police found the abandoned vehicle nearby.
They say the driver was there to pick up his friend from work when he was killed.
