JD Power and Associates released its North America Rental Car Satisfaction study and ranks Enterprise at the top.

The study looked at everything from related to the rental car experience, from the reservation process to costs and fees.

The report also found service with a smile made for a significantly better experience at the rental car counter.

National and Alamo rounded out the top three.
