(KCEN) -- It may seem a little early to start your holiday shopping but there's actually only 44 more shopping days until Christmas.
And some people are already hitting the malls.
A portion of your purchases went to local military families.
The Killeen Civic Center had over 120 vendors selling holiday decorations.
Some from as far as Germany.
And while many military wives try to stick to a budget year round they told me they didn't feel guilty about splurging today.
That's because for 31 years the Fort Hood Enlisted Spouses Club has given a portion of the proceeds back to the community.
"We also give a large portion to our scholarship fund. We award scholarships to area high school seniors, and independent children"
If you are looking to get some early shopping in you haven't missed out.
Holiday Bazaar continues tomorrow at noon and runs until 5:00 P.M.
Admission is only $5.00.
So it's never too early to get some holiday shopping done.
