(KCEN) -- A pre-trial hearing continues for an Army Sergeant accused of killing 16 Afghan civilians during a shooting rampage last March.
The hearing will determine whether Staff Sergeant Robert Bates faces a military court martial.
A late night session was held Friday night so witnesses in Afghanistan could testify by a live video feed.
Among them were an Afghan National Guard and a man who was wounded in the attack.
Bales faces 16 counts of premeditated murder and six counts of attempted murder.
