The water situation has shown no signs of improvements over the past 48 hours.

The city is continuing its contingency plan which is now in its sixth stage of water allocation.

Residents are urged to continue to strickly conserve water in an effort to restore the city's water supply.

Those who do not comply with the order can be reported to the Marlin Polcie Department.
