Texas Judge's Suspension Over Violent Video is Lifted - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- A Texas judge who was seen in a video beating his daughter is returning to the bench.  

Judge William Adams was suspended last November after the 2004 video surfaced on the Internet. 

The Texas Supreme Court lifted the suspension, and he will preside over the Aransas County Court-at-Law docket on Wednesday.  

The Texas Department of family and protective services says Adams will not receive cases involving violence with children.
