(KCEN) -- We have an update on the chemical plant fire in Garland that blaze is now out.
And initial tests from the Environmental Protection Agency have come back negative for any immediate danger.
Explosions were felt at the Nexeo Solutions Plant in Garland yesterday afternoon.
The fire contained mostly methanol, a highly flammable liquid used to produce plastics, paints and fuels for cars.
Air quality tests showed normal to low levels of methanol and the water is also fine.
There is no word on what caused the fire.
No one was hurt.
