(KCEN) -- Waco police officers are searching for a person who fled the scene of an accident on November 6.
Just before 7 a.m. three vehicles were involved in an accident on I-35 northbound at the North 5th Street exit. A 2009 maroon Kia slowed down for construction and a silver 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan and a gray 1998 GMC Sonoma pickup truck ran into the Kia.
A silver four door car then ran into the back of the GMC pickup truck but left quickly.
There was no other description of the vehicle and no description of the driver.
The driver of the GMC pickup that was hit suffered a possible broken leg and a back injury and was taken to Hillcrest Hospital.
Police are asking anyone with information on this incident to call 254-750-7500.
