It's Tuesday and there's already Black Friday shoppers waiting outside of Best Buy in Temple. They got there Tuesday and are so dedicated, they've set up camp outside the store.
These shoppers got it all planned out. They have chairs that recline all the way back and even brought their own cooler and table.
The main person who's waiting is Renee Dunn. She has friends and family who come out and keep her company and bring her food. She uses the restroom at the store, and says police are always circulating the area and making sure they're okay.
But we actually met her last year when her home burnt down and needed to replace all her belongings. Black Friday was where she could get the most for her money. And she's not the only one planning on setting up camp early.
"The main reason I'm here is my parents are missionaries in Africa, in Tanzania, and I'm needing two more laptop computers that I'm donating to two medical students in Africa," says Woody Coles who plans to camp out for Black Friday.
Even though some people would tell someone like her to get a life or a job, Renne is actually a nurse and chooses to take her vacations days on Thanksgiving week because she loves shopping on this special day.
"This is our tradition this is what we do for fun. We don't go out and drink or go out and do stupid stuff, we just sit here and have fun and play games and its traditional with family and friends and that's what's important," says Renee Dunn, who's already camping out for Black Friday.
Best Buy will open their doors at midnight on Friday.
