(KCEN) -- A peanut butter producer is now linked to more than 40 cases of salmonella and was suspended by the FDA yesterday.
Sunland Incorporated is based in New Mexico and is the country's largest organic peanut butter processor.
So far 41 people in 20 states became sick after eating peanut butter containing salmonella.
Sunland ships their products to Trader Joe's, Target, Safeway and Whole Foods.
The company will not be allowed to distribute food until the suspension is lifted.
