BP Employees Set to be Arraigned on Criminal Charges

(KCEN) -- Three BP employees were set to be arraigned on criminal charges today stemming from the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Two BP rig supervisors were indicted earlier this month on manslaughter charges in the death of eleven rig workers killed in the Deepwater Horizon explosion.

A separate indictment charges former BP executive David Rainey with concealing information from Congress about how much oil was spewing from the well.
