(KCEN) -- Two victims of the tragic parade float crash in Midland that killed four veterans are filing a lawsuit.
They're taking legal action against Union Pacific Railroad and Smith Industries.
Smith Industries let the Show of Support organization borrow the truck for the parade, which drove the float onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train.
The two victims who are suing are Richard Sanchez and Lacy King.
Both were among the 16 injured in the horrific crash.
Lawyers expect more victims to join the suit before it heads to court.
