Charges May be Filed Against Driver Who Caused Multi-Vehicle Pil - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- There is now new information on an horrific multi-vehicle accident that killed one person last week on I-35.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is looking to press charges against the driver of a semi they say is at fault for the accident.

The northbound side of the highway, near exit 314 in Eddy, was shut down for about eight hours last Monday.

At least 13 vehicles, including four semis were involved.

The DPS Accident Reconstruction team says it's still investigating but that charges are in the works.
