Dallas Police Public Information Officer Warren Mitchell says a call came in around 3:08 p.m. Friday afternoon with two shots reportedly fired around the area of 4131 North Central Expressway.
The building holds offices for multiple businesses and contains facilities for local CBS Radio stations.
At least one shot hit a window at the office of Pete Schulte, an attorney that works on the sixth floor of the building, which shattered the glass.
Schulte told NBC 5 he believes the double plane glass stopped the bullet from entering his office.
Chopper 5 observed damaged to a window on the fifth floor of the building as well.
