Man Arrested for Urinating Near The Alamo - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- The Christmas tree in front of The Alamo was mistaken for a urinal early Friday morning.

Alamo Rangers say they found the man peeing behind a giant present under the tree.

The tree is less than 50 feet away from the historic battle site. 

Officers say after he was arrested, the 23-year-old tourist was apologetic and believed he had been drinking.

He went before a judge and was granted bail.
