(KCEN) -- It's not uncommon for employees to disagree with their boss from time to time but one car salesman in Houston took his frustration to the extreme.

Police say the manager of a car dealership got into a disagreement with a salesman Friday.

The argument got heated and the salesman ended it by shooting his manager.

The manager was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck.

The salesman ran off after the incident.
