(KCEN) -- The trial of an Army private charged with sending U.S. secrets to the website Wikileaks is being pushed back.
Bradley Manning arrived at a pre-trial hearing this morning in Fort Meade, Maryland.
That's where a military judge announced the trail would be delayed by a month.
It was set to begin in February.
The hearing going on today is to determine whether the highly restrictive conditions Manning experienced for nine months were justified.
