(KCEN) -- NASA has unveiled its plans for the next Mars rover.

In 2020, the space agency will send another rover to the Red Planet.

It is expected to look very similar to Curiosity., costing 1.5 billion dollars.

NASA says the mission would help lay the groundwork for human exploration of Mars as early as the 2030s.
