(KCEN) -- Five infant deaths prompts the government to take action against the maker of a baby recliner.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has filed a complaint against Baby Matters LLC, alleging that the new model of the Nap Nanny, called the Chill, and two earlier versions, are dangerous.
Both versions were recalled in 2010 because of more than 20 reports of infants injuries from hanging or falling out over the side despite being placed in the harness.
