Some Baylor students are under fire after posting what some are considering racist photos online.
The students are shown wearing ponchos, sombreros and what looks to be, dirt on their faces.
These pictures have now sparked an investigation from the university.
A meeting was held Thursday afternoon to find out who all the students are in the pictures and what action should be taken.
Baylor is still in the early stages of the investigation, so they said going to take a little while to determine how the university will handle this particular situation.
The students were not at a school function when the pictures were taken, but students and staff of Baylor said they were both shocked and disappointed when they learned about the pictures.
The photos show several students climbing over a makeshift wall that resembles a border fence while wearing Mexican attire.
Hashtags were posted that said #Best entrance ever, #lodge, #Mexicans, and #hoppinthafence viva Mexico.
The pictures were found on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but later removed.
"People like that are just absolute jokes, I mean that's definitely not something that represents Baylor as a whole," said Baylor student William Wesson.
"Baylor University is a very active, engaged, and inclusive academic community that has a very strong Christian tradition and we don't tolerate any kind of racism on our campus community," said Baylor spokeswoman Lori Fogleman.
Along with the Baylor students there are also several Pen State students who are being investigated for the same thing.
